Our wire jewelry is handmade with tarnish resistant lacquered gold or silver plated wire. That means, there is protective coating to prevent discoloration and tarnish from occuring.

With that being said, please avoid frequent contact with water and/or sweat. We recommend removing your jewelry before washing your hands, showering, swimming in pools or hot tubs, exercising, etc. If your jewelry comes in contact with water, be sure to pat until fully dry immediately afterwards. Do not submerge your jewelry in water for frequent or lengthy periods of time as exposure to water will cause the protective coating to break down over time.
